What is Bond Reinforcer No. 2?
Bond Reinforcer is applied after rinsing hair following a chemical process.
It contains high-performance active ingredients that stabilize bonds and nourish, seal, and protect color for longer.
Its creamy formula makes application easier. It is not a conditioner.
