Instructions for use:
Apply after rinsing the chemical process. Contains high-performance actives and is developed in a creamy texture for easier application. BOND REINFORCER stabilizes bonds, deeply nourishes, seals the cuticle, and protects color (for long-lasting color). It is not a conditioner.
