Here you will find the frequently asked questions about FAMAIDEAL. In case your questions are not answered here, you can contact us at +34 931 641 753, or through our contact form. We will resolve your doubts as quickly as possible.
You can contact our Customer Service department on non-holiday days from Monday to Friday from 10:00h to 17:00h.
How to buy?
To start familiarizing yourself with FAMAIDEAL, we recommend you start with the first page, the home page. There you will find the different category menus and our search engine, making it even easier to locate the product you are looking for.
Is there a minimum purchase?
There is no minimum purchase. At FAMAIDEAL, you are free to buy whatever you want, regardless of the total amount, weight, or number of units. Additionally, please note that shipping is free for orders over €99. For other orders, shipping costs start from €3.20 per kilo.
How can I pay for my order?
We offer four payment methods so you can choose the one that suits you best:
- Debit/Credit Card: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, and Maestro for your card payments, all managed through the secure payment platform integrated with the ServiRed Virtual POS.
- Paypal: You can make your payment with a Paypal account. The surcharge for this option is 2% of the order amount.
- Bank Transfer: We will provide you with a bank account to make the payment for your orders. You only need to indicate the order number associated with the transfer.
- Bizum: You can pay for the order through the popular payment method Bizum.
Paying by bank card is 100% secure, as at the moment of entering the card details we redirect you to the bank's website, where you will enter the card data and make the payment (we never have access to your card details during the payment process). Once the payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation email.
Will I receive confirmation once the order is placed?
When you place an order, you will receive an email with all your order details, and you can access your order history from your user panel.
Will I receive a notice when my order is shipped?
Yes. When we ship your order, you will receive an email with a link from the logistics provider. Through that link, you can check the status of the shipment at any time, as well as the tracking code for your order.
How can I receive an invoice?
If you want to receive the invoice for one of your orders, you can contact us through our customer service channels or download it yourself from your user panel. However, we include a physical copy in all orders.
What products can I find at FAMAIDEAL?
Currently, we work with a catalog of more than 11,500 references from the main professional hairdressing, aesthetics, and accessory brands. We expand this catalog every day, incorporating new references available in stock to offer one of the widest product catalogs on the market.
Are all products advertised on FAMAIDEAL physically in your warehouse?
Only products indicated with immediate availability are in our warehouse. The remaining products are held by our suppliers, and the delivery time is indicated on our website (ranging from 2-3 days up to 11-12 days). Products not available from the supplier are listed as "unavailable" or "out of stock." On rare occasions, suppliers stop manufacturing a product and do not notify us. If you have doubts about the availability of any of these products, you can ask us.
Can you supply me with other products that are not on FAMAIDEAL?
In some cases yes, and in others no. You just need to tell us the name and manufacturer of the product through our customer service channels, and we will let you know if we can get it for you.
Is VAT included in the marked prices?
Yes, all prices you find in the store already include the corresponding VAT. However, in the header of the website, there is a button to view prices with/without VAT.
Do you ship to Overseas Territories?
No.
Where do you ship? Do you ship to other countries?
We ship worldwide.
Do I have to pay shipping costs?
Shipping costs for France start from €7. Shipping will be free for orders over €99.
How do I track my order?
In the "My Account" section (top right), you can track the status of your order until it leaves our warehouse. When it ships, we will send you an email with a link to the logistics provider's page (Royal Mail), including the shipping status information and your tracking code.
