Shu Uemura Rice Water Conditioner is the strengthening conditioner from the Izumi Tonic collection, specially developed for brittle hair.
The Izumi line (meaning "spring" in Japanese) utilizes yu-su-ru (an ancient Japanese tradition of rice water hair care), a time-honored cultural practice and centuries of experience, to strengthen hair and provide it with renewed energy and resilience.
The moisturizing, creamy, and lightweight formula noticeably strengthens hair and gives it a fuller appearance. Hair also gains flexibility and a luminous shine.

How to use:
After cleansing with Izumi Tonic Shampoo, apply to the lengths and ends of your hair, leave on for five minutes, and rinse.
Finish with Izumi Tonic Serum.
