J'ai reçu un échantillon .Très Décue .!!!!

J'ai payé pour avoir un produit et je reçois un échantillon ridicule . C'est presque une honte de faire payer une si petite contenance .Les 10 ml c'est des échantillons .Une honte .

This product was damaged when I bought it.

I have to pay my own money to send product back and its not fair that I have to pay extra just to exchange. This product was scratched in numerous places when I received it although the shipping box was not damaged. It had have came from the factory like
