Description
Blond Studio 20V L'Oréal Professionnel nutrient-revealing oxidizing cream is a creamy oxidizer with a rich and creamy texture.
Directions for use:
Mix 1:1 with L'Oréal Blond Studio Multi Techniques 9 until a homogeneous mass is obtained and apply to dry hair. Leave on for up to 50 minutes, depending on the desired result. Do not use additional heat. Use 20VOL for applications on the scalp, lengths, and ends. The developer can only be used with L'Oréal Blond Studio 9.
