Instructions for use:
As a pre-shampoo oil:
Apply a generous amount to the palms of your hands.

Cover with a shower cap for 15-30 minutes.

How to leave-in:
Apply a generous amount to the palms of your hands.
Apply a small amount to the scalp and hair in sections.
